Exchange Policy

After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:

  • The product should not be used.
  • All tags must be kept intact.
  • The product shall be in the original brand packaging.
  • The item is either faulty, incorrect in size or color.
  • Bodybrics should receive it within 7 days.
  • All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • The product can be exchanged only once after the initial purchase.

All products must be received by Bodybrics for a customer to be eligible for a replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.

Refunds Policy

If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect, then it can be exchanged within 7 days, but it will not be refunded. In case the product goes out of stock, customer will be provided store credit which can be utilized for the next purchase. No refunds will be entertained by Bodybrics.
